The Land Registration office is not able to explain how the Municipality obtained title without going through a legal expropriation process or obtaining a deed from the legal landowners. It is our position that the Municipality does not have clear title to this property. This land carve-out does not prevent access to the lake but may present some restrictions for landowners. On the positive side, this carve-out does provide better access to the property. (id:45785)
