I became a REALTOR® because I’ve always wanted to help people. I was always surrounded by contractors, growing up and seeing before and after houses sparked my interest in properties. To see peoples faces when they know they found the one is like picking your wedding dress, and I love being a part of that. I love being a realtor as I love meeting new people, everyone has a story. Whether it’s finding someone their forever home, working with Sellers throughout the various stages of their lives or working with them to make those transitions as smooth as possible. Taking the time to understand what people need and helping them write the next part of their story is what makes being a REALTOR® so great. I love Pictou County and will always call it home. I’ve lived in Pictou County my whole life and have 16 years experience in real estate. If I could give one piece of advice to everyone, it would be to interview your agent to make sure they are the right fit for you, understand what you’re signing, and don’t be afraid to ask questions. They are supposed to be working for you. My business is built on communication, dedication, and transparency. Along with real estate, I also volunteer as a member of St. Vincent de Paul community outreach organization, Pictou County health volunteer, as well finding rental homes and apartments for people to rent. As a realtor, I think my best strengths are honesty, compassion, friendliness, professionalism, communication, trustworthiness, flexibility, and working as part of a larger team.
